Deck the Halls Card Kit

Image
In less time than I could watch NCIS tonight I created 10 Christmas cards! And these 10 Christmas cards cost less than $1.50 each. The Deck the Halls kit includes cards, envelopes, and embellishments for only $11.95. I added the "Merry Christmas" stamp for only $2.95.  I had black ink and acrylic block on hand, but if you don't the entire kit can be yours for only $28.35 (plus shipping and tax). For a limited time I am offering a 15% discount on this kit which makes your price $24.10 (plus shipping and tax). That is $2.41 a card. All supplies for these cards can be ordered here .

Nevermore BOO

Image
I had so much fun creating this BOO with some letters from Hobby Lobby and the Nevermore paper packet. I also used some of the Nevermore Complements . To add more detail I used the Cricut Artbooking Cartridge to cut the haunted house and spider web.

Sangria Fall Happy Card

Image
I have had so much fun playing with the new Close to My Heart Artistry cartridge. I used the new Sangria paper to make this card. To create the wreath I cut it at RDS 4" and to cut the acorns I had to pull out the Art Philosophy Cartridge from CTMH and cut them at 1".

ABC Blog Hop T is for Teeth

Image
Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop! For this hop we will be featuring the letter T. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their T element will be featured in their post. If you came from  Cat's blog then you're on the right track! This last couple of weeks I have managed to finish a few layouts and cards. T is perfect for "Teeth" and my son's first dentist appoint from 2010. The Art Philosophy cartridge has the perfect flower that when the petals are cut apart look like teeth.  Close to My Heart supplies used: Honey cardstock Paper Fundamentals Adventure Assortment  Scallop Border Punch Art Philosophy Cartridge  and stamp from Artfully Sent cartridge Next on your hop is Lauren Moore of CTMH Craftings .  In case you get lost along the way go to  Scrappy Therapy  for a complete list of participants!

Nevermore Treat Bags

Image
I created these treat bags using the Cricut Artfully sent cartridge and the Nevermore paper packet. I created a sleeve at 4" and instead of putting a card in it I will put candy in it for my son's teachers at school! The following Close to my Heart products were used: Nevermore  paper packet Steampunk  Stamp Set Black Ink pad Art Philosophy cartridge

Nevermore Picture My Life

Image
I love Close to My Heart for so many reasons, one is that I can use the Cricut Cartridge Artfully Sent  to create my own Picture My Life cards to use in scrapbooking. I used the Nevermore  paper packet along with the Steampunk Scoundrel stamp set.

ABC Blog Hop "S"angria Layout

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop! For this hop we will be featuring the letter S. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their S element will be featured in their post. If you came from Fun2Cre8 then you're on the right track! I finally had a few spare moments to scrap this past weekend. I was a little hesitant at first about the Sangria paper packet and if I could successfully use it with boy pictures. However, after finding these fall pictures from 2012, I realized I could pull off the purple in the Sangria and create this great layout. I even used the Paper Garden, September Stamp of the Month, to create flowers that are stamped in Sunset for a little more "boy" in the layout.  The Paper Garden flowers from cut from the Cricut Artiste cartridge while the title "My Sunshine" is cut at 2" from the Cricut Artbooking Cartridge. The pattern is from the Magic  pattern...
