Garden Tags Sympathy Cards

Image
The June Stamp of the Month, Garden Tags , is one of my favorite stamp sets. Using some older Mix and Match paper and a variety of alcohol markers, I created these two sympathy cards. The sunflower stamp was my favorite and I cannot wait to make some other cards using these stamps this week once school is out for the year!

Oh My Heart

Image
Close to My Heart outdid itself this year with their Valentine's Day special. The Oh My Heart kit creates both scrapbook layouts and cards. I created 40 cards in a matter of a few hours. The scrapbook pages are ready to go, just waiting to find pictures! Here are a few of the cards I created. I took some liberties though and changed sayings as I do not need 30+ love cards! However, the different words that come with the stamp set make this a very versatile kit.               Once cut kids could easily assemble the cards for their friends. I did find it important with these cards that the right ink pads are imperative. I used Raspberry, Pixie, Candy Apple and Black ink .

Share the Seasons Card-Close to My Heart

Image
I cannot believe it has been a year since I have updated my blog! I will not go that long again! My personal resolution is to have better work/life balance during the school year so I can spend time relaxing and crafting. Close to My Heart right now is having an amazing special. The Share the Seasons  stamps and thin cuts covers both fall and winter holidays and scenes. I love how both cards turned out using only 2 different color of cardstocks and some ink pads! Stay tuned for more cards later this week.

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop! For this hop we will be featuring the letter C. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their C element will be featured in their post. If you have just hopped onto my blog, please start at the beginning at Linda's blog ~ Scrappy Therapy .
