Oh Baby Mini-Album

I have fallen in love with the Close To My Heart mini-albums. This is the second one I have made and it is for my cousin and his wife and their first baby.

I used the following supplies:

CTMH Mini-Album
Twitterpad Paper from CTMH
"Nonsense" Rub-Ons by We R Memory Keepers
Tiny Tots (flowers)
Brads-Colorbok
Misc. Buttons
Flourishes-CTMH






Some techniques I would use on my next mini-album; I would use modge podge to put the paper  directly onto the chipboard and then sand the edges, I would remember to plan ahead and put the brads on before I adhered the paper to the chipboard and I would leave room for more journaling.

I hope you can use this album as inspiration for your next or first mini-album.

Art Philosophy Blog Hop-Teacher Appreciation Gifts

Here is the Teacher Appreciation Gifts I created with my Art Philosophy Cartridge: The Post it Note Holder is made from an acrylic frame and I used Typeset along with the stamp set "Notice the Details". I left the card blank thinking it would be a great place for the student to write a note. Candy Candy Bar Wrapper (minus the candy bar!) also uses Typeset paper and "A Little Thanks" Stamp Set. " THE ARTISTE IN 3D BLOG HOP"

Welcome to our The Artiste in 3D Blog Hop! There are so many fun features in our Artiste Cricut cartridge that we decided to showcase many of the 3D Objects.   In this hop, you will see a variety of projects featuring the 3D Object key of the Artiste but don’t worry, you won’t need special glasses to see them! I created a large centerpiece to be used as a giveaway for a Vendor Show I have tomorrow. I used the pumpkin on page 71 (accent 1) and fit to page. I cut out a third pumpkin to give it more dimension. I then used the 3D shift feature on the same page to cut 3 leaves. They are 5", 4 1/2" and 4".
