Halloween Apron

Image
I have finally found the ultimate quick and easy apron pattern! It is from One More Moore and I love how it turned out. I cannot wait to make many more! This is a Halloween one for a friend's birthday, but I have some cupcake fabric and coordinating stripes that I think would be perfect for this pattern. The fabric is all from Blank Quilting that I purchased in 2010. Have a great Memorial Day Weekend.

Memory Box

Last weekend my son attended the birthday party of a little girl we have known for 5 of her 6 years. We spent lot's of time with the little girl and her family and I love doing "girlie" things for the 3 girls since I only have Simon! I decided to take a Close to My Heart Card Box (Z1647), the Lucy ( X7149B) paper pack, some Color Ready Seam Binding Ribbon ( Z1732), Opaque Pearl Adhesive Gems ( Z1336)  and Sweet Leaf Ink to create this box for her special things. The flowers were created with the Close to My Heart Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge. All supplies can be ordered at: www.stephaniefeist.ctmh.com

Summer Door Frame/Wreath

Image
I saw a project very similar to this on Pintrest, which led me to this fabulous blog, www.happyclippings.com . Not only does this site have great DIY ideas, it has great coupons too! We all have old frames laying around, so I grabbed one, painted it and used the Close to My Heart Dotty For You paper to create this fabulous Summer Wreath/Frame for my front door. I used my Art Philosophy Cartridge, CTMH Baker's Twine and Close to My Heart Cocoa Ink.
